  1. What services do you offer?
    1. Halcyon Days offers the most up to date anti-aging solutions for all your hair, beauty and wellness needs.
      Our services include:

      Day Spa Our skin, body and nail professionals are selected for their outstanding technique, expert knowledge, and their ability to transfer this knowledge to you. We keep a close eye on industry trends and regularly introduce new services, to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your visits. Every service begins with a consultation for a most safe and effective day spa experience.
      Hair Design Our professional stylists and colorists will help you find a look that's right for you. Whether you want a subtle makeover or are craving a dramatic change, Halcyon Salons can make your hair vision a reality. Every visit begins with a complimentary consultation.


  2. What should I know about scheduling and planning for an appointment?
    1. We request that all appointments and packages be confirmed with either a credit card or a gift certificate number. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your spa services are scheduled to begin. If you arrive late for your appointment, it will be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next appointment. Leave your cellular phone, Blackberry and jewellery behind so you can fully enjoy your spa experience. For spa services you are escorted into your changing room where robes, sandals, towels and essential amenities are provided. Please note that Halcyon Days is not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.


  3. What are your cancellation / no show policies?
    1. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly require 24 hour notice for all individual services or 50% charge will be applied. Spa packages or multiple services require 48 hour notice or 50% charged. No shows will be charged 100% for all scheduled services and/or packages.


  4. Can you accommodate groups?
    1. We will gladly accommodate groups of 3 to 50 people for any occasion including girls' nights, bridal parties, birthdays and corporate events. Please reserve your space with ample planning time to ensure availability. Contact us for further details.


  5. Do you sell gift certificates and spa packages?
    1. a. Selecting the perfect gift for someone has never been easier than with the Halcyon Days gift cards. You can choose an individual service, series of treatments, spa package or dollar amount and order online at www.halcyondayssalonsandspas.com or by contacting either the salon or spa directly or calling 1-877-SPA PACKAGES. Our gift packages incorporate our most popular services and treatments and are designed to make gift giving easy. Our gift cards are elegantly packaged with beautiful gift holders which can be delivered anywhere across North America.


  6. What types of spa packages do you offer?
    1. Halcyon Days spa packages combine our most popular spa services. Choose from a day of beauty-the perfect way to escape and rejuvenate -- or customize a relaxing spa experience by selecting services such as facials, massages, nail care & makeovers.


  7. Are gratuities included in the price?
    1. Gratuities are not included in the price of our services, gift certificates or packages and are graciously accepted in recognition of outstanding service.


  8. Do you offer men's services?
    1. Our salon and spa professionals perform a variety of men's services such as hair design, facials, manicures and pedicures. We also offer spa packages designed especially for men.


  9. What product lines do you use in your locations? Am I able to purchase them?
    1. Halcyon Days Salons & Spas are proud to use and sell top-performing and exclusive brands so that you may also experience the benefits of professional care at home. Our professional brands include:
      Haircare - Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble,
      Skincare - Dr. Murad, SkinCeuticals, MD Skin Care, B. Kamins, Babor
      Makeup - La Bella Donna, Youngblood Minerals
      Nail Care - Essie, Creative Nail

      *Not all services and product lines are available at all locations.


  10. Can the gift certificates be used at all Halcyon Days spas?
    1. a. Gift certificates can be used for services and retail items at any of the Halcyon Days Salons and Spas locations. Please call our toll free hotline 1-877-SPA PACKAGES to book a different location than appears on your gift certificate. All gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable.


  11. What is appropriate Spa Attire?
    1. We will provide you with robes, sandals, towels and all other essential amenities. The degree to which you disrobe is dependent on your treatment. Your privacy will be protected at all times. Therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly over areas of the body not involved in the treatment.


  12. Do your employees receive training?
    1. Every Halcyon Days employee undergoes continuous training to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty techniques. All Halcyon Days Salons are L'Oreal Professionnel certified and color accredited. Every Halcyon Days spa therapist and esthetician is an expert in his or her field. We are pleased to offer you the ultimate spa experience by using the latest equipment and products and providing unmatched training in the spa world.
